Terms of Service
These terms explain browsing, falling-price auctions and reservations on Speedy. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Purchasing is intended for adults who can enter into a contract. Do not interfere with the service, bypass reservation restrictions or use someone else’s account or payment information without permission.
Prices and auction availability
Prices are displayed in euros, with a minimum of €10 and product-specific upper prices up to €1,150, plus delivery. During a live auction the price changes over time, and the auction may close before a request reaches the server. A displayed price alone does not establish a reservation. The price confirmed by the server is the reserved price.
What Buy now does
The button requests a reservation rather than charging a payment method. A successful response holds one item at the confirmed price for ten minutes. The countdown reflects the server’s expiry time, including time spent on other pages.
One item in your cart
Only one active item is allowed in a cart. Remove the current reservation before choosing another. Removing it or allowing it to expire releases that reserved price. The same price is not guaranteed if you return to the product later.
Checkout and payment
Review the item, delivery details and final total before paying. Only payment methods actually offered by an enabled checkout may be used. Card and bank payments are handled on a secure payment-provider page. A reservation confirmation is not a payment receipt.
Shipping, taxes and returns
Shipping availability, charges and applicable taxes must be disclosed before a paid order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Return eligibility and the return process are described in Shipping & returns, together with the Fair Use Policy.
Product information and errors
Check the description, size, materials and photographs before proceeding. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. If important product or pricing information is incorrect, the issue should be explained and resolved before a paid order is accepted.
Site availability and responsible use
Maintenance, connection failures and technical problems can interrupt access. Do not rely on a browser countdown as proof of a completed purchase. Requests that disrupt auctions, abuse reservations or compromise security may be restricted.
Content and brand names
Product and brand names identify the goods shown. Rights in third-party trademarks and materials remain with their respective owners. The website does not grant permission to reuse material beyond what its owner or applicable law allows.
Operator details and applicable rights
The legal operator, business contact and applicable commercial terms will be supplied before payments open. These terms do not identify another company as Speedy’s operator, select an unconfirmed jurisdiction or waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
