Fair Use Policy
Free returns should make choosing easier. This policy explains how return activity is reviewed while keeping ordinary, good-faith returns straightforward.
When a return shipping fee may apply
After at least three orders, a return rate above half of the items ordered may lead to return shipping charges on later returns. Any charge is disclosed before return dispatch and deducted from the refund. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are exempt.
Individual circumstances matter
A percentage alone does not establish misuse. Size issues, fulfilment mistakes and other reasonable explanations are considered. Decisions affecting refunds or account access should include an explanation and an opportunity to ask for review.
The return window stays the same
This policy does not shorten the 30-day return period. Item condition requirements and product exclusions remain set out in Shipping & returns.
Misuse of the return process
Examples include returning different products, concealing wear or alterations, repeated dishonest delivery claims, and ordering excessive quantities with an abusive return pattern. Depending on the circumstances, a return may be declined or account access restricted.
Using reservations fairly
Keep one active reservation at a time. Avoid automated reservation abuse or interference with other customers. A server-confirmed reservation holds the quoted price for ten minutes; refreshing a page does not extend it.
